After having neck/ back pain for a few years due to an injury in the military, i am pain free! After one consultation, PT Brian Schap was able to create a plan & 5/6 weeks of pt the pain is gone! I have a lower back issue that required physical therapy. Elena was highly recommended to me from a friend who had a great experience. Elena was very attentive and focused on my issues. She developed a plan of strength exercises and stretches to begin strengthening my lower back and core. I have completed my sessions and my lower back is doing great.
