I have gone to Pivot Physical Therapy for different injuries over the past three years. Each time, I have been under Physical Therapist Ms. Kinnari Ashar’s care. She is outstanding in terms of her in-depth knowledge of muscles, ligaments and bones. I always feel confident going to see her because I receive a thorough and professional appraisal of what I need to do to heal. It is a team effort. Pivot Potomac really assisted me in meeting my goals both pre- and post- spinal fusion. The knowledge, professionalism and skills of my therapist, Kinnari A, are unsurpassed. I can once again hike, play tennis and walk tall. While it will forever be a work in progress, Kinnari has set me up for success. A shout out to Dana too who runs an incredibly efficient office, with clear communication and willingness to accommodate. Despite the tight space, I highly recommend.

Went in for a lumbar hernia with sciatica. Their approach to my issue was methodical and exemplary. Everyone was so personable and invested in my care and overall well-being. No stone is left unturned here, I absolutely highly recommend that you seek your care here!!!

Pivot really impressed me, while getting PT for my wonky hip, in several ways. First and foremost, Alicia is not only knowledgeable and professional but easygoing with a great sense of humor. If you're going to see a PT every few days, it helps to have a great rapport! And Dana at the front desk is also helpful and nice. Their clinic's staff all have a friendly vibe together, they seem to truly like working there and with each other.

I am delighted with my experience at Pivot Physical Therapy Potomac. Physical Therapist Ms. Kinnari Ashar is outstanding! She helped me out last year with acute tendinitis. That episode began my journey into PT where I developed an appreciation of Ms. Ashar's professionalism. I have nicknamed her the "muscle whisperer." I returned this winter with a lateral miniscus injury and received additional treatment from Ms. Ashar, who taught me excercises that will help me the rest of my life.
