Went in for a lumbar hernia with sciatica. Their approach to my issue was methodical and exemplary. Everyone was so personable and invested in my care and overall well-being. No stone is left unturned here, I absolutely highly recommend that you seek your care here!!!
Pivot really impressed me, while getting PT for my wonky hip, in several ways. First and foremost, Alicia is not only knowledgeable and professional but easygoing with a great sense of humor. If you're going to see a PT every few days, it helps to have a great rapport! And Dana at the front desk is also helpful and nice. Their clinic's staff all have a friendly vibe together, they seem to truly like working there and with each other.
I am delighted with my experience at Pivot Physical Therapy Potomac. Physical Therapist Ms. Kinnari Ashar is outstanding! She helped me out last year with acute tendinitis. As someone who suffers with chronic back pain, I have been to quite a few physical therapists and this is the best physical therapy office I have ever gone to! Kinnari was so knowledgeable throughout my entire treatment process. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. I am glad to know they are there if my back pain ever flares up again!
