Pivot Physical Therapy is amazing. The entire staff (Blake, Jamie, Cynthia and Latisha) are wonderful. I had surgery on my rotator cuff and upper bicep tendon back in January. Blake and Jamie were so knowledgeable, supporting and caring that after several weeks of PT I finally graduated. Cynthia and Latisha at the front desk were so friendly and accommodating and always greeted me with a smile. This is hand down the best physical therapy office iv been to. Everybody is extremely nice and all around very accommodating. They don’t make you feel bad about reschedules. They are very helpful and informative while helping you with your recovery. I would recommend this place for anybody who’s had a bad experience with physical therapy before.
I just finished physical therapy for my shoulder. Jamie and Blake took such good care of me, and I have made great strides. Thank you all so much for the excellent care!
Quality care, great staff, staff is knowledgeable and you receive personal attention. Highly recommend this facility.
