I was having terrible knee, ankle and shin pain. After getting a cortisone shot, I worked with Sheraya to strengthen and regain range of motion. She designed a plan that really helped me feel much better. If ever needed again, i would definitely return to Pivot for my physical therapy needs.
I came to Athletico PIVOT because i was literally dying for a Sciatic nerve pain , now after some sessions im back to normal again i can’t thank you enough for this i wish I could give you more stars
Today is a happy yet sad day. While I am happy I have made a full recovery from my car accident, I am sad because the therapist/staff that I have met at Pivot PT has pushed very hard to get me there. They spoke to me every step of the way about my treatment, they have customized my PT plan , check to make sure I was ok everyday and gave me encouraging words when I didn't want to go on. After a brutal bicycle crash and shoulder surgery, Athletico / Pivot Physical Therapy in Laurel, MD helped me make a 110% recovery. My journey started with a serious bicycle accident. I was flying down a steep hill when I hit the brakes. My front wheel locked, flipping both me and the bike forward. I landed hard on asphalt, taking the full impact on my left shoulder.
