The staff is absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful, kind, considerate, compassionate and encouraging! Abi and Jessica have been so incredibly helpful in my recovery journey. They develop a great exercise program and change it as necessary as I make process or have challenges. They answer questions with great explanations, and are never judgmental. They stay by your side through your journey. They also watch to make sure that you are doing the exercises properly, technique is everything ! Thank you PIVOT🤗
I have been coming to pivot for 3 years and I can honestly say that without Dr. Abby Cruz and Jessica I do not know if I would be In as much of a good mental and physical space as I am. I look forward to ocoming to PT and know that if I have any questions about an exercise they will explain it to me fully in depth with what feels like joy. I was having terrible knee, ankle and shin pain. After getting a cortisone shot, I worked with Sheraya to strengthen and regain range of motion. She designed a plan that really helped me feel much better. If ever needed again, i would definitely return to Pivot for my physical therapy needs.
I came to Athletico PIVOT because i was literally dying for a Sciatic nerve pain , now after some sessions im back to normal again i can’t thank you enough for this i wish I could give you more stars
