I am currently going through a PT case at Pivot Physical Therapy, Kernersville NC. This is my second time using Pivot for my PT needs. The first round was to try to work my lumbar spine pre-surgery. I had Gabrielle as my primary therapist and she was incredible. Very knowledgeable and 'tuned-in' to my needs to relieve extreme pain due to lumbar stenosis while waiting for surgery.
