My youngest son, he's 9, was in so much pain because of his legs and feet being so tight and inflamed. I love Pivot in Hawley. My son sees the physical therapist Joe. He is great with kids. Joe loves to play games to distract my son inorder to get him to perform the exercises. Best PT place. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Very grateful for them!
The therapists are great. The front desk staff always have a smile. They helped me with getting an MRI to discover that I had hurt more than what was initially thought. Came back after surgery and within 3 months went from being in a wheelchair to walking with a cane. Still got more to do but happy to work with the team at Pivot.
Amazing results. I went from a cane to no cane. Would highly recommend. Everyone Kristen, Shawn, and Joe were firmly encouraging!! Love them!!
Update: Finally got my new hip. Shawn, Joe, and Kristen are the best! They made my rehab a great experience. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean facility.
Would like to thank the staff and particularly my therapists Joe and Shawn for all their help! Highly recommend!
