Each therapist I have worked with at this location has been very knowledgeable, helpful, supportive, and considerate. They encourage working carefully and not working to the point of pain. The entire staff is professional and polite. The therapy I have received has been very helpful in relieving pain and recovering physical function.

This posting may reflect my husband's name: Punk Roelkey but, I his wife Linda Roelkey who actually had the Physical Therapy at Pivot PT-Hagerstown (Valley Mall), an Athletic company. My physician prescribed 8 sessions with Pivot PT. It was the best care I had only imaged. It was a pleasant experience from the front desk staff to the most incredible P/T: Victoria and Steven. This facility was amazing and I am thankful to all the staff that helped me on my journey to recovery. Lauren is the best and I would definitely recommend her to any of my colleagues in need if rehab. She genuinely cares about the well-being of her patients and is willing to go to bat for them and demonstrated firsthand in my case that she will stand firm as a patient advocate.
