The first ten appointments we without incident. Then one day I was running about ten minutes late coming from work. I called about 25 minutes out to let them know. I arrived exactly 12 minutes late and was treated badly by both the receptionist and the therapist. They seemed to be overbooked and were making it clear that me showing up 12 minutes late was a huge problem. I cancelled all of my appointments the following day.
