I had a great experience with Maddison Wester and her staff at Pivot Physical Therapy. Everyone was very friendly, attentive, and professional throughout my entire therapy journey. The office is extremely clean, organized, and they are always prompt and on time, which I truly appreciated. My therapy was very challenging at times, but Maddison was encouraging, knowledgeable, and pushed me in all the right ways to help me improve and regain strength. The entire staff at Pivot PT is wonderful and extremely helpful. Nanette made booking all of my appointments so easy! William Bassing, my physical therapist, helped me strengthen my injured area and taught me exercises that I will use throughout my lifetime. Lindsay and Annabelle encouraged me through my therapy reps. I highly recommend this location!
This is a wonderful place if you’re trying to recover from an injury. Dr. Maddison Wester listens intently and creates a routine that meets your specific needs. Her expertise, encouragement and pleasant personality made my first time experience award worthy. Also the assistant, Anabelle is a ray of sunshine.
