I went to Pivot with extreme shoulder pain and arm weakness on my left shoulder. I ended working with PT Maddison and she always listened to any pain complaints and questions I had and did everything possible to ensure I was getting back to full strength. Being Paraplegic its sometimes difficult to find exercise that not only help but are viable doing in a wheelchair and Maddison did amazing working with me and finding ways to help me with my issue. I worked with Dr. Wester for my physical therapy appointments for about 2 months for lower back pain. She was very attentive to my personal needs and goals during my recovery journey. She helped me achieve my goals and I gained the confidence I needed after my recovery was complete. I would highly recommend her in your physical therapy journey as well as the staff at the Pivot Eagle Village location.
