I was not looking forward to physical therapy however to my surprise it was truly a pleasant experience. Katie runs an amazing team dedicated to your recovery. They focused on endurance without pain. The attention to details, adjustments to your plan, flexibility of schedule all made it so easy. Katie and Edwin along with their wonderful support staff including Mary the receptionist who always greets you with a smile made my time in physical therapy absolutely delightful. Thank you all!
There are no words to describe my 10 month journey with my physical therapist, Kati Vali at Pivot / Athletico. Kati is the real deal - she will comfort and guide you in her own gentle way while also being stern on making sure patients complete their homework and exercises with proper form in order to progress in their recovery. Katie is the Best I’ve been knowing her since 2013. My problem is they don’t Clean the beds enough for me. I’ve had to clean off beds or equipment while they’re just standing around and talking.
