I was not looking forward to physical therapy however to my surprise it was truly a pleasant experience. Katie runs an amazing team dedicated to your recovery. They focused on endurance without pain. The attention to details, adjustments to your plan, flexibility of schedule all made it so easy. There are no words to describe my 10 month journey with my physical therapist, Kati Vali at Pivot / Athletico. Kati is the real deal - she will comfort and guide you in her own gentle way while also being stern on making sure patients complete their homework and exercises with proper form in order to progress in their recovery.
