Pivot provides the best physical therapy I’ve ever received. They quickly got to the source of the pain I was feeling and taught me exercises that solved the problem quickly. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I worked with Caroline and Jaclene and found them both knowledgeable and caring but the entire staff is first rate!
Sonya and the team at the Westhampton location of Pivot PT are outstanding! The entire staff is so personable and helpful. When I had issues with my insurance, Joanie was extremely communicative and worked with me to resolve the problem. I have scoliosis and was in a lot of pain when I scheduled my first appointment. By the end of my treatment, I feel much better - Sonya gave me the proper tools and exercises to manage it at home. It’s a fun place to visit and also get great treatment by professionals who are attentive and caring! From the front desk to the various specialists in the treatment area, it’s all good - the traction machine too
The atmosphere in Pivot is so upbeat. All the staff, even the ones you aren’t working with are supportive, helpful and friendly. You have a whole team helping you. Caroline was so knowledgeable, as was everyone I worked with. Thank you Pivot for all your help!
