I recently completed 5 weeks of PT with Pivot in Dover. Caleb Dodd was an amazing and caring DPt. I put PT off for many weeks after my specialist recommended it and I have to admit Caleb made my visits very comfortable and I ended up actually very much enjoying my visits. I was sad when my treatment was complete (for now anyway). His office staff was also phenomenal. Extremely nice, friendly and accommodating. Lainey and Caleb are awesome! Always supportive and available, helping you reach your rehab/fitness goals. They have been and continue to be, a great source of confidence for me. It's a struggle most days to just walk. I look forward to my time with people, that truly care about your progress. Everyone at this facility is helpful and friendly. Genae? Who keeps my schedule straight is super nice. I look forward to my time with them.
Staff was very patent and encouraging.
The staff was caring from reception to physical therapists. I would highly recommend Pivot PT to anyone needing physical therapy.
