I have been so happy with my treatments @ Pivot in Pikesville. Everyone is friendly & provides the best therapy. I highly recommend the practice.
The employees are friendly and helpful. I removed 2 stars for double-booking - that is the reason I won't be using this company again. I was literally left alone for the second half of my session while the therapist worked with another patient. He didn't notice that I was done with my exercises, and that I was sitting there waiting, or even when I got up and left. I had physical therapy in a few other places, and this was the only one where I had my sessions double-booked every single time.
Great staff.. I was very pleased with my results. I can walk straight again!! Thanks again
