Experienced what I call dishonest billing practice. Therapist were great. Office staff and billing office not helpful or honest with me at all.

The therapists at Pivot are excellent.
I highly recommend Pivot PT Emmitsburg ! My experience here went very very well. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The therapists have a really good rhythm of working with multiple patients. If I need physical therapy again, this is the first place I’m looking.
