My experience at this physical therapy clinic was truly outstanding. The staff were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and supportive throughout my rehabilitation, and they helped me make great progress. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, which made every visit a positive experience. Overall, I would give them a 10 out of 10 because they genuinely deserve it. Great place with kind people who are well informed on how to help you recover.
Trent is my therapist and he has been great. He listens and has a great sense of humour. Everyone in this location is friendly and helpful. It is always clean and bright plus the trivia questions are fun.
The therapists at Pivot helped me recover completely from a knee injury that had been causing me pain and impacting my daily life. I worked mainly with Elan, but all the therapists were knowledgeable and friendly. Now that I'm finished treatment I have a set of home exercises. My knee is pain free now and fully functional, and as an added bonus my legs are a lot stronger.
