Don't waste your time or money on this place! I started PT briefly here, but had a horrible experience. They don't care about your progress or care. I voiced my concern to the clinical manager, Jada, who was nothing but extremely rude and unprofessional. I explained to Jada that their front office had messed up my apt time so they were overbooked, but still choose to see me even though the PT was already busy with three other people. The staff at DuBurn location was very friendly, compassionate, welcoming and knowledgeable. I would recommend and go back whenever I need physical therapy. Sam & Abiza are both wonderful therapists.

Very friendly detailed place.
I have severe social anxiety so going to places like this always makes me so nervous. However Im always greeted with a smile and I feel comfortable being there. ❤️
