They are good. They really look at what is going on. The doctors orders are followed. Listen to them. They are there to help you. I am seeing a big improvement and like that. The beginning was very rough due to the surgery. I have no regrets about therapy now.
This place was a joke. Please do not seek care here. The first day I left with crutches that was a half of foot too short. The second day they sent me out with a boot that would maybe fit my 14 year old son. And they sent me back to work immediately with multiple fractures to my ankle and foot. Not to mention my paperwork....I gave them my ID with my current address on it and filled out all the paperwork with my current address but when I got to the Orthopedic everything on my paperwork that was sent over from Pivot had my a... read more
The two staff l have met since Feb have been very professional and kind.When l needed extra therapy they worked with my lnsurance to get it.Keep the good heart to your patients 👍
The girl at the front desk was very rude, unprofessional and ignorant to a young lady that was trying to be seen for a physical.
