Pivot Therapy in Beltsville, Maryland used specific strengthening and flexibility exercises in each of my sessions. The techniques used helped to improve my ability to move, sustain my balance to prevent a slip or fall, and reduced the inflammation and pain in my legs. Additionally, many of the exercises were recommended to be practiced at home between my appointments.
