Update: Concerns & requests not being taken seriously. Hold up in the billing dept & unable to finalize things. The person who reached out seemed condescending and dismissive of my issue. Asked me if I could delete my review b/c it’s being noticed. Here’s my reason for the review… The PT, Deseryee is good. But, there isn’t anyone that works the front desk along w/mgr and the only person that does - must be new to working with people, having manners, billing or any job that requires general common sense because some concepts ... read more
