Neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain? Ugh! Fortunately, I found relief from a wonderful physical therapist, Grace, who works for Athletico/Pivot in Falls Church. When I checked in two months ago, it was difficult for me to turn my neck to the left, which is really crucial when you're driving a car or riding a bike. I have just completed my 10th PT session. I am very pleased with the results. My back was extremely painful following a "mis-step" that really jarred my back. When asked my pain level from 1 to 10 - I answered 11, it was that painful. But between my 10 visits, my pain level is down to 3. I would recommend Pivot and their staff to anyone who is suffering pain.
