A low key experience, and focus on my issues with a series of exercises to amend my current daily exercises and to keep checking in with them after finishing my series of sessions.
Location is great, staff were patient. Was charged for a session that I didn’t even go to but will over look that. Overall, great for NARPs or standard PT work. Higher level sports PT/movement therapy, I would recommend elsewhere.
Karington always made sure I understood each exercise and explained the purpose behind it, which really helped me stay motivated. Her empathetic and friendly nature made every session enjoyable. Thanks to her expertise, my condition improved.
Max, Karrington and the rest of the team are exceptional therapists. I began at Pivot with a fractured wrist, in intense pain and had minimal wrist mobility. I have now completed my therapy and my wrist is pain free and stronger than ever. I also want to commend April who manages the front desk and is very personable and professional. I highly recommend Pivot if OT/PT is needed.
I am so happy !! The staff are very friendly special Matt. He take care my 11 year old son , Matt earned my son trust my son love this place !! He is amazing he’s patience with him is unique and they are really professionals thanks guys !!
