10/10, would recommend first, every time. Katie, Addy, and the entire Pivot Virginia Square staff create a caring, relaxed environment. PT is not generally easy, or a light and fluffy way to spend time. But the staff goes out of their way to make this a comfortable place to do the hard things, and to do them productively and well.
I had the immense pleasure of working with Heather not once but TWICE this year. Two different times my lower back pain flared up and two times Heather worked with me multiple times a week to get me back up and moving. Everyone at Pivot is professional and respectful of limits/boundaries but also extremely nice and fun to be around, which I think is really important for the physical therapy to go well. I will happily recommend pivot to anyone in need of PT and I will especially recomment Heather White, she was phenomenal.
