Best physical therapy experience I have had. Prior active duty military, dealing with upper hamstring injury and back pain/disc issues for 2+ years. After a few weeks here, started to see real improvements and return to running. Jacob is phenominal; listened to my [many] concerns and questions, and incorporated them into my program. Also an excellent experience with customer service and front dest; going through the VA off-site can be complicated, but they somehow made it completely seamless.
I highly recommend Pivot, I had pain around my knee from running and was able to get even stronger than before in about 6 weeks. Katie and the whole staff were very professional, and the app was super easy to use. Thank you!!
This brand (Athletico) does not seem to work efficiently with insurance company. I keep getting bills of differing amounts months after I was last seen as they make “adjustments” on the account. I have called them and insurance multiple times to advocate for myself- they do not relay final charges and continue going back and forth with the insurance company, changing what you owe months in reverse, in my experience. I also did not improve from my treatments itself.
Took my cousin here for his therapy and the staff seemed really pleasant. He's already walking from his hip replacement!!
If the front desk could put down their bag of chips or box of cookies and say hello once in awhile it would be welcomed! Jacob is not the friendliest p/t in town. Maybe if he stayed off his phone and texting during our appointment it would mean he cared. Too many p/t services in the area to put up w unprofessionals. I was hoping to like this place but I walked away disappointed!
