Just completed physical therapy with Pivot in Arlington. Katie B. is an outstanding physical therapist!! She provided clear instructions for all my exercises. She showed great care for my progress. The entire team is a friendly and caring group who work hard to be sure the entire experience at the location is comfortable and focused on the well-being of the folks served.
Jake was outstanding—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in my recovery. He took the time to explain everything and made each visit productive. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. I highly recommend Jake and this clinic! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Katie is such a good physical therapist - she took the time to figure out the why behind my injury and then developed a slate of exercises to get me through the injury and prevent future ones. Highly recommend!
Fantastic experience at Pivot. Jake was great to work with. The atmosphere at Pivot is friendly, but attentive to your care and program. They helped me get the strength and confidence back to get back on the field!
We had a wonderful experience at PIVOT near Virginia square metro stop. Jake was my friend’s Greg’s physical therapist and he was incredibly helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. He printed out papers for Greg to do the exercises at home and he would call and ask to change his appointment times so that he could be 1:1 with Greg during his appointment.
