If the front desk could put down their bag of chips or box of cookies and say hello once in awhile it would be welcomed! Jacob is not the friendliest p/t in town. Maybe if he stayed off his phone and texting during our appointment it would mean he cared. Too many p/t services in the area to put up w unprofessionals. I was hoping to like this place but I walked away disappointed!
The person at the reception was very rude and disrespectful
Katie did a fantastic job with my vestibular therapy. I had been severely light headed for months after having COVID and she cleared it up really quickly. The app they use here is really good too. It makes it very easy to do your therapy at home so you can keep making progress without coming in. They will be my first choice for any issues I have going forward.
Highly recommend this location for your physical therapy needs! My Physical Therapist was Heather White, and she assisted me with a minor shoulder issue I was dealing with. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, and her recommendations for exercises had a very significant impact on me regaining more mobility and and a greater range of motion in my shoulder. Heather is a great PT to work with and I would definitely come back if I had any other injury issues arise.
