I highly recommend Nadige Joseph at Pivot PT - College Park. She is very knowledgeable and shares in detail why you’re doing the exercise and what she expects as progress. She is very personable and makes the whole PT session enjoyable. I’m very pleased with my PT and managed to avoid surgery with her guidance.
I recently completed shoulder therapy with Ms. Nadige Joseph. I came in with a shoulder that was painful, it was hard to sleep and my range of motion was quite limited. Now I am a new man! I can sleep better at night because the pain is gone and my range of motion is back to normal. I recommend Ms. Joseph highly.
The physical therapists and staff are excellent. Nadige is amazing - very knowledgable, compassionate, and positive. From day one, she demonstrated an incredible understanding of my specific needs after my ACL reconstruction and crafted a personalized rehab plan that made all the difference. Nadige not only guided me through each exercise with precision but also took the time to explain the rationale behind them, making me feel involved and motivated in my own recovery journey. Highly recommend!
A year after my L4-L5 fusion (Oct. 2022), I knew I was not healing accordingly. Before my back surgery I was fit and a gym rat.
