I started at Pivot because of a tear in my rotator cuff and arthritis in my right shoulder. I was in pain and unable to throw a ball with my grandkids. Nadige Joseph took me under her wing and flew me through a recovery routine that had me pain free in 35 days (only 5 sessions but my in home routine plus Nadige's sessions worked magic). Can't recommend Nadine and the rest of the crew who worked with me enough.
