I just experienced this PT company for the first time and had a great experience! The environment was welcoming and I never felt judged. It’s difficult to carve out this type of time from a work week, but once I arrived, I enjoyed my time. My lower back improved and I plan to go back for other issues. I have been to Pivot PT on and off for years. Pivot has great people. My current PT helped me loosen up my very tight neck and shoulders. What a relief. I now have an exercise program to stay flexible and get stronger. I will continue to go to the Sterling location when needed.
I had an excellent experience with DPT Diane as we worked through a challenging case of plantar fasciitis. She kept the environment light and upbeat while explaining the technicalities of the exercises when asked. Diane and team ensured all patients received ample attention. Highly recommend both Diane and the whole clinic team.
