Five is not enough stars to rate the excellence of this particular Pivot group. I have experiences at three different locations, and this one is an excellent one. From the front desk to the table, everyone is helpful, professional and courteous. Chris. mainly worked with me and was exceptional, professional, personable, caring, positive and excellent in his skills. He helped me to increase in my mobility. Thank you, Chris, and thank you to all who helped me.
Everyone there is absolutely wonderful. From the moment you walk through the door with the most friendly greeting by front desk staff, to the attention and care by all of the PTs, to the well wishes by front desk staff on your way out, they’re simply the best. And the consistency between all of the PTs is impressive. You may not have the same one each visit but the continuity of their operations is refreshing and puts you immediately at ease in knowing your care won’t be different because it’s a different PT.
