Based on my first impression while accompanying my 81-year-old mother to her scheduled appointment on July 2, I was disappointed by the front desk experience. The physical therapists seemed knowledgeable and professional, so this review is not about the quality of care. My impression was that the receptionist was rude, lacked basic interpersonal skills, and did not provide the level of courtesy expected in a patient-facing role. This has been the only place that has truly helped me. The instructors have given me the best exercises and pacing vs others. They’re always on time which is great!
John and the rest of the staff gave me wonderful care - my knee is much better and so is my walking. Highly recommended!
Pivot-Athletico is AMAZING! Dr. Allison Collins is incredible. I feel comfortable talking to her about my care. Bonnie Provost is kind. Patient. Super winderdul. Everyone is knowledgeable and I know I am getting the best possible Physical Therapy for my fractured Tibia, torn ACL and Torn MCL. If I have Surgery Bonnie and I will have a long Road together!
