Great staff, including front desk and therapists. All very professional, kind and knowledgeable!!

The office staff are very ignorant about which insurances they are contracted with. Made an appontment after being told they take my insurance. One day before my appointment someone called me from the office and told me they were canceling my appointment because they don't take my insurance. I called Pivot's parent company who assured me that Pivot DOES take my insurance, so I called Pivot back to tel them this and the lady yelled at me on the phone, saying they don't take my insurance.
