My experience at Athletico/Pivot was outstanding.The intake staff was friendly and helpful. Josh and Cole were professional and always encouraging during difficult workouts.Other PTs were helpful, too. I recommend this site.
Got to work with the whole team of therapists for my shoulder posterior labrum tear throughout my treatment course. I recovered ~70 - 80% of the injury within less than two months. The crew (Cole, Ann F, Ann N, Josh) were professional, communicative, friendly, and resourceful to adjust the treatment to my progress and needs (weight lifting). In addition to the in-person sessions, they also provided detailed instructions for take-home exercises and adjusted them timely. Would recommend them without any hesitation!
I had a fantastic experience at Pivot Brier Creek. I can't recommend these guys highly enough -- they work with your schedule, care about your progress, and truly tailor your plan to you. Josh, Cole, and Ann do an amazing job communicating and coordinating your care. Best of all, they'll laugh at your bad jokes and curate an awesome playlist for your appointment.
Get appointment cancellations in writing. They won’t cancel over the phone, and WILL charge you for no show regardless of prior (2 weeks) cancellation. They then say to contact billing, who conveniently doesn’t have the authorization to cancel or waive payments. Also convenient that no manager is ever on site to authorize this either.
