Had spinal surgery in July then in-home PT. Didn’t have a lot of faith in continuing but chose Pivot close to my house. What a blessing. The staff at this location has made a positive impact on my recovery and life. I know full well that I wouldn’t be where I am now without the support and diligence of this group of dedicated people. If you think that physical therapy is not going to make a difference with you, then try Pivot at the Creeks. I’m glad I did.
Recently had physical therapy at this clinic to improve balance and strength following TIA and concussion. Very knowledgeable and professional staff. Good results during my sessions and received a printed list of exercises to continue as a home program. I would choose this clinic again.
The receptionist is very hostile, had a problem rescheduling my appointments but I’m using workers comp and had to fight with them but she didn’t know that so she acted like doing her job is inconvenient to her. I was put on a nerve block and asked if they were familiar with CRPS, the condition I have, and she acted like I was dumb for asking that question. Overall not a pleasant person at all… get a new receptionist.
