Horrible at answering the phone and calling back to schedule an appointment. They’ll pick up the phone just to put you on hold then send you to voicemail right after with no call back the next day. For me this is not the place to go if you got into a car accident and need help with physical therapy.
Ellen and Max have worked diligently with me to find resolutions for the pain I am having. They listen and adapt treatment. I feel comfortable here.
Colby is very helpful and understands what people are going through. When you have a concern, he explains it to you.
