FIRST OF ALL, I ONLY GAVE ONE STAR BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO CLICK ON SOMETHING. THIS BUSINESS DOES NOT DESRVE THAT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING!!! YOU LITERALLY GET THE RUNAROUND AND PASSED OFF FROM ONE PERSON TO ANOTHER WHEN TRYING TO REPORT OR CONFIRM ANY BILLING ISSUES. I have sought help from physical therapists before, and those experiences have been terrible. When my doctor suggested physical therapy again, I groaned. I selected PIVOT because it was close to home. Brent was great, the staff was wonderful and I hate to admit that I enjoyed going. Not all PT places are created equal. A wonderful and rewarding experience.
