Financial department is absolutely terrible. Thank goodness I have saved all of my receipts. They claim I have a balance with appointments where a copay was never collected. I then produce both the receipts and my bank records each and every time. And yet next visit, there is a claim that I have paid the copay. I don't blame the staff but the incompetence of the billing and IT side that can't get it together.
really great experience. The Physical Therapist really took the time to understand my needs/issues and develop a plan for ultimate resolution. I'm very happy with the service at Pivot!
Professional, kind, nice to be around, very knowledgeable, they really have the patient's interest at heart. This will be my go to PT provider. Very happy with the care they provided.
