Martin is the best. He's got the magic touch
Good experience. This is my 4th experience with PIVOT and obviously I keep coming back. My wife and a good friend have also used PIVOT and have gotten good results.
The layout of the place is confusing because you literally can't see the "front" desk without being right on top of it. All the "therapists" were talking with each other about movies and sports more than they were engaging with their individual clients. Mine even told me to do an exercise I had already completed because he straight up wasn't paying attention.
