I have just completed 4 weeks of 3 x daily 4 hour physical therapy visits at Pivot PT center In Newport News each visit with a different but vers skilled therapist. The program has relieved me of neck, spine and low back pain. I feel much better and am happy to report that I have regained normal function. I can report that my visits to pivot were well worth my time and I will recommend it to my physician friends and family members. James Travers Edwards, Jr. Family Medicine M.D. retired.

Reina, Kat, Karen, Brian, and the entire supporting crew are absolutely top-notch! Made my Achilles tendonitis improve dramatically! I love their friendly attitudes and it makes the time very enjoyable! Stephanie at the front does a fabulous job keeping this machine moving along! I’m still there for more PT for my neck/spine issues. I strongly recommend this particular location for anyone needing physical therapy! Thank you all again for everything! Keep up the great work! Great atmosphere and great team. They always plays music on the background that make the it’s feel more homie. Garden track list is the best playlist. They have a national day board and theme to make the environment great. The exercises are great. They help improve my mobility and help with keeping my life as normal as it could be.
I’m sharing this review a couple of weeks after I finished PT at Pivot from knee replacement surgery. My therapists were great especially at explaining what I was going to do and why. My goals of gardening and being outside with my pet chickens have been met. My garden is planted and my chickens are enjoying snack time again. Also my ability to walk upstairs is excellent. I am happy that I chose Pivot and will return after the other knee surgery. Deborah Walker
