I was able to get appointments as needed. Minnie was my primary therapist. She was professional, knowledgeable, and developed rapport quickly. I feel a lot better after my course of physical therapy. The personnel at the front desk were very supportive and helpful. They were very busy but they were courteous and answered questions.

My experience was wonderful. I couldn't have asked for better assistance with my issue. The two therapists I worked with selected excellent exercises to help improve my problem. They changed it up from time to time making sure it was not too easy or too difficult. They were both very pleasant to work with and I felt well taken care of. This facility would definitely be my first choice if I ever need PT again in the future. Thank you again

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience at the Hidenwood Pivot physical therapy facility. I worked most closely with Reina and Kat, who were spectacular, but everyone there from the front office on were friendly, helpful, supportive, and dedicated to helping me become stronger and as pain-free as possible. The overall sense of camaraderie results in a welcoming environment, and I will miss my time with them.

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! I’ve been coming here for a couple of months or so; from the moment I walked in, every member of the team made me feel genuinely cared for. The front desk staff greet you by name and handle scheduling with a smile, setting a warm, welcoming tone before you even see a therapist. The therapists are incredible—knowledgeable, attentive, and enthusiastic about helping you reach your goals.
