I've been to put a few different places and many times over my life and the people heret have always been fantastic. When an absolutey worthless doctor sent me here for a muscle knot of the PTAs insisted that I go find a new doctor to look at it. Had it not been for them my cancer would not have been found in time and likely would have killed me. I have several more surgeries coming up and plan to continue going to this location as long as possible.
I had a great experience here. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. During my treatment, they helped me in the healing process and took the time to explain the issue that I was having. Additionally, they explained how the exercises were working to fix the problem. I just finished my final treatment, and I feel much better. I would recommend this branch to anyone looking for a physical therapist.
Many thanks to pivot and Minnie for scheduling and the attentive care , support and encouragement. She consistently made changes to the program so I was always challenged to improve each week. I was inspired and motivated to return to my lifestyle prior to surgery. Thanks to all at pivot for their kindness.
I was able to get appointments as needed. Minnie was my primary therapist. She was professional, knowledgeable, and developed rapport quickly. I feel a lot better after my course of physical therapy. The personnel at the front desk were very supportive and helpful. They were very busy but they were courteous and answered questions.
My experience was wonderful. I couldn't have asked for better assistance with my issue. The two therapists I worked with selected excellent exercises to help improve my problem. They changed it up from time to time making sure it was not too easy or too difficult. They were both very pleasant to work with and I felt well taken care of. This facility would definitely be my first choice if I ever need PT again in the future. Thank you again
