I broke my arm and had surgery back in February. I finally came out of the cast and began Occupational therapy in Aprill. I had no idea what to expect. After all, how much can you do with a hand? I found out that there is plenty you can do that. You have not even thought of. The team at OT pivot were very thorough and had a complete barrage of exercises to get my hand back in shape. I am thankful to them for all their help.
