Love, love, love!!! My physical therapists were Trinity and Kabrina! They always explained the movements and went at a pace that was comfortable for me. I saw improvement in my shoulders mobility while attending! I definitely recommend this location!!
Highly recommend this Pivot PT Haygood location. Had my initial consultation and I was impressed with the personable, friendly yet professional demeanor of the staff. Checkin was easy, they send you registration information before your appointment. Trinity was very knowledgeable, was thorough in explaining the exercises, the objectives of the therapy, took baseline stats/measurements. At PIVOT, when I do my physical therapy, I don't feel like I am being rushed/ pushed beyond my expectations. Excellence is the key in a timely manner to accomplish my physical therapy goals. Communication & meeting of the mind with your assigned therapist is critical. I highly recommend Pivot with 5 stars.
