Kristi has been wonderful in alleviating my pain and providing varied exercises to keep the sessions interesting.
I had a great physical therapy experience here! Supportive therapists and staff to encourage you on your healing journey, a beautiful view from the office to help distract you a little from your exercises, and a helpful portal/app to work on exercises at home.

As an endurance athlete, I (unfortunately) have had quite a few injuries over the years, and as a result, I have visited many different physical therapists.
