The entire staff was kind and supportive during my recovery. Joy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in assessing my needs and continually updating my exercise program to both challenge me and promote healing. I would highly recommend both Joy and this location!
This is my second go around with pivot. The first time I went for a couple months for my back and it made it worse. My new doctor wanted me to try again, this is a few years later, I’ve been three times and my doctor called for a progress report and they had no record of me.Extremely frustrating especially since she had to fax in the order twice, and I had to actually bring in a copy of it because they still didn’t have it.
I highly recommend Pivot/Athletico of Damascus, Maryland. Amazing, caring, and highly skilled physical therapists across the board! I worked with just about every one of the employees during my 5 months of treatment. They create a pleasant atmosphere for you to work through your physical challenges.
Caring staff, honest and helpful. Connected with me to achieve my goals to get better physically with the aches/pain I came in with. I would highly recommend this place. I went from going 2-3 times only to wanting to come more times.
