It was a great experience. I was able to participate in exercises that helped improve my situation. The staff was incredibly kind, supportive, and professional throughout the process. I made noticeable progress in my condition, which was a significant achievement for me. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking quality care and support.
Engaged with Pivot to address hip pain and mobility. Excellent experience with Mindy and Cody — both are experts who are generous with their knowledge and expertise, and pleasant (and firm!) in their approach. The front desk team was great, too. I experienced tremendous improvement over my 6 weeks with Pivot, and Mindy equipped me with a plan to build upon my gains going forward. Highly recommended!
I have nothing but good to say about Pivot/Athletico. I had total knee replacements for both knees last year.After finishing Duke PT I had three iliotibial band failure incidents where my leg locked after kneeling. X Rays, CT scan, and MRI showed nothing wrong internally. Mindy Kim assessed me and determined I needed increased strength and mobility in my hip muscles.
