Im not really the type of person to write reviews unless theyre truly deserved good or bad but today I honestly cant say enough positive things about the experience I had with Pivot and Julia as my PT specialist due to receiving a pretty gnarly concussion back in May..honestly didnt even know such a thing existed for concussions but I am beyond grateful that I managed to randomly find this place because with Pivot and Julia and the staff and how incredibly amazing they were, I dont think id be even able to comprehend my own ... read more
Emily and her staff are kind, patient and knowledgeable! Emily listens and watches and is then able to give you the just right exercises, feedback and information. I actually miss going to Pivot.

I had a really great experience here. The therapists were very kind and took the time to listen to me. The reason I gave 3 stars is because their billing needs some serious attention. I finished my physical therapy in May 2024. It is now May 2025 and Athletico (the parent company) is STILL adjusting my bill. They send me a different bill every month and the company itself has advised me not to pay anything until it is finished adjusting.
