I had Yash as my PT and he was wonderful! So easy to work with and listens to all your concerns. Crystal at the front desk is very kind and easy to work with as well! I would recommend :)
Great staff, friendly and professional. Kristy was helpful in everything that was ask she is very professional and cares about the patient. Juan very professional and knows how to make you feel better. My overall experience here is 100% and will come back if need to. Thanks everyone for the great experience
Updating my review to say that I've had another great experience with the team here at Pivot in Apex. This was the 2nd time I've sought treatment here and both times I've had nothing but positive things to say. Kristy did an excellent job as my PT, answered my questions, and was attentive. I can't recommend this place enough if you need PT care!
We had a wonderful experience overall with Pivot Physical Therapy. Kristy was really helpful for my daughter’s speedy recovery and my daughter went from crutches to boot to no boot in no time. The staff is really friendly as well. The staff was transparent with the pricing before our sessions started which is really helpful.
I'm adding this new review at the top of the one I wrote about 3 years ago. I recently revisited Pivot PT in Apex, this time for plantar fasciitis. My therapists, Kristy and Juan, both helped me regain my strength and balance with practical exercises and helpful advice. Both of them took the time to explain the anatomy of my sore foot, the causes of plantar fasciitis, and the treatment options. I worked very hard there and at home.
