Fantastic practice. PT people are top notch. I had great experience there. Special note of how great Kristy Cleveland was at working with me.
Juan is fantastic! I feel like he really cares about me and my rehabilitation. He takes time to make sure that I understand the exercises and watches me to make sure that I am doing them correctly. Everyone at the facility is friendly and welcoming. They make it fun to be there!
I scheduled and called them for free assessment appointment, she explained me first visit is free but they still need insurance details on my file but will not be charged for my 1st appointment. I was kept sitting waiting for long. I was so much in pain and stiff couldn’t move much my arm so therapist just kept talking and couldn’t do much but told what treatment he recommend and first I need to see PCP for consent since I was in so much pain.
