I was sent there after spine/neck injury … That place made my pain levels go only up!!! I would never recommend to anyone! Upon doctors advice I had to stop going there because of pain levels increase and was sent to pain management instead! - never go there if you have spine or neck injury!!!
Wonderfully kind and caring staff. My quality of life has improved so much with their therapy methods!
PIVOT is great! Unfortunately I’ve had multiple injuries that have caused me to need physical therapy but I always know where to go!
Amending my review- a voicemail was left to resolve my concern. Very happy they took the time to address the cancellation fee. Original review: I thought my PT person was wonderful. She helped me with pregnancy pelvic pain and provided stretches that made a difference for me. The front desk was challenging. They charged a $40 fee because of not cancelling within 24 hours. Absolutely so grateful to be going to Pivot/Athletico PT for my SI joint recovery. My therapist Dr. Ashley has worked wonders for my back injury in a short period of time. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. I believe we are at the end of our PT journey for now, a few more sessions left. She’s left me so many exercises on the handy app that I can go back to often when therapy is complete.
