The physical therapists in the Blacksburg office are amazing! Ashley and John provided me with the instruction and care I needed for my knee improvement. They listened to me and consistently encouraged me! Their commitment to see me improve kept me going. I am thankful for all the help and highly recommend this Pivot office to you.
Ashley is a talented and compassionate PT. She provided a dynamic program tailored carefully to my issues and their evolving presentation, taught me about muscle groups and compensation, and helped me significantly improve life-long hip instability issues in just 3 months. I have worked with other PT practices on the same issue before, but I got a lot more out of my time at Pivot with Ashley. Very highly recommended.
My experience at Pivot was great. The therapist was not only able to relieve my pain, but also strengthen the correct muscles to help against future issues. The entire staff was always nice and knowledgeable which meant help was available from anyone there. If the need for PT ever comes back up, this is where I will go.
Never even got to make an appointment. I asked for a referral because I'm hypermobile and want to prevent injury now that I'm becoming more active again. The receptionist asked if iwas coming in for left knee pain, and i said no, that's not correct at all. She told me that my referral slip said "chronic left knee pain," which was a surprise to me, because I'm not having pain. This place is top notch and you get a truly personalized experience! Everyone here is so kind and they make going to physical therapy actually enjoyable. I recommend everyone go here for all of their needs!
