I chose this office due to the hours of availability listed only to be told those hours are incorrect due to losing so many therapist. This is after I had to call and have them run my referral because they have do not have a person to check referrals. Glad this didn’t work out.
My PT was extremely nice (Valerie). However the rest of the staff (besides the receptionist at the front) blatantly made racial comments as if I wasn’t in the same room or could hear them. Staff does not make you feel welcomed or comfortable at all, besides the physical therapist that was working with me.
Great team to work with.
The staff at this location have really helped me reduce my physical pain but also have improved my confidence. I am able to do yoga again and my chronic pain is now just mild discomfort.
