We have been waiting since January 30 to start physical therapy for possible neck surgery and even though they have my request from the doctors office, lady says they have been way to busy to call us. So we walk into office (2/16) and she said that she has no idea when she would have called us. But because we walked in to check on it, she would go ahead and schedule March 1st for first appt. Poor, poor service.
My back and pain have improved tremendously due to the wonderful therapist working with me.
