This company is a scam! First of all, good luck getting a hold of someone to cancel. Then when you actually cancel they continue billing you. We asked to cancel in May 2024 and they kept billing us. Finally in July we got a hold of someone. They confirmed that if we paid the last bill credits they would cancel which we paid. Now more then 1 year later they are claiming we did not pay! If you work with this scam company make sure to keep everything on record. Email and receipts will save you!

They tried to "help with our energy cost" stating the were part of Xcel. We told them we are not interested we don't need their services. They just tried to email us an invoice to pay them 150 bucks. We never signed a contract never let them on our property. Be aware of this scam company

Terrible customer service. I inquired about the company (spoke to Matt) and was given short responses and no want for my business. I told them I was deciding between them and another company, and to explain to me why they are the better choice. Instead of taking that easy lay up, Matt responded with annoyance that I did not read their FAQ page closely enough. I’ll be moving forward with SunShare, they’ve given ample time for questions and friendly customer service.

I signed up for Pivot Energy's community solar program to offset my electrical costs and emissions. Overall it's been a positive experience - the savings are real (about $50 in past 9 months), the web portal works well enough and gives me the data. Only negative thing was that the company's communication wasn't great. It took a while for the solar project to become active and I had no visibility into when to expect the production to start.
