Horrible experience
Would recommend avoiding this company like the plague. Pivot believes in nepotism and will enforce it. Eddie, Lorraine, and Sylvia are PERFECT examples of this. They will do everything to protect night crew or their own family that's employed. I have receipts :3
I had a driver cut me off from turning right, blocking my way and from seeing any cars. Middle aged women on her phone on a call. It was late I get it, but you don’t prevent someone from turning right just because you want to first. Horrible representation of the company. License plate was 9DA420.
Horrible drivers. In and out of the bike lane while they're talking on a phone.
