I have had a very bad experience with Pius. I paid in advance for my kitchen cabinets, cabinets install, countertops, countertops install, for backsplash and backsplash install. Everything with Pius even measurements done by Pius rep, sink and faucets from them and delivery of material, and even demo from Pius. I did all from them- to avoid issues. Issues is all I received. bad service, and lies about fixing my issues on time as promised. Sales person was nice and kind, however the company doesn't tell you a bunch of details. My first issue, delivery occurred one day late, that pushed the install till next day mid. I took time off work to be home.. Demo guys were nice, but they lingered around half day waiting for material to arrive- once it was delivered only one guy worked on install, of course he didn't finish same day as it was promised but one more day later. ( he finished Saturday at 1030pm at night) it was supposed to be done Friday. they said they will refund the delivery charge. sure - it didn't occur. Next problem, install of cabinets 2 were bent, and 2 doors fully missing ( still didnt arrive). We let them know right away- they said next Monday when countertop guys come in somebody will bring it. Nothing an nobody came. Now they are saying the container with the missing draws and bend drawers is coming in a few days then they will repair and only after il get my refund. They measured incorrectly so I had a 6 inch gap- fixed wall on my own, when my own expense, said sure they refunding me delivery, ( although I was told the measurements guy I'm not changing the layout of it) and to top it off- the counter top people missed the spot underneath the microwave/ I paid for the granite and PIUS offering me a piece of cabinet when it should be granite. AWFUL SERVICE THEY PUSH ISSUES, DONT FIX IT RIGHT AWAY AS THEY TELL YOU THEY WILL AND LASTLY,STILL WAITING ON MY DELIVERY REFUND- THAT SHALL OCCUR WHEN REPAIRS ARE DONE. its very disappointing and communication is terrible. Pius just cares to sell and not explain detailed. Ask how many guys will work on your projects, ask all the what ifs come to mind because I would be ok with 1-2 issues its life it happens- but every step of the way there was a problem and the solutions seems to take time ....

Horrible company, pitiful workmanship, deceptive sales tactics. Installation job the worst I've ever seen.

Hinges and have damaged parts. I have a couple warped drawers and other small issues. 2 weeks ago, I notified the company. It took 4 days to get a response after sending several emails and making calls. Usually no one will answer the phone. Good luck on that. So, I'm here in Phoenix AZ, and I need Pius' support to get this project finished. I called 2 weeks ago and have gone back and forth with Lobat (the name of their employee assigned to me by the receptionist) and she has an attitude because I'm calling a year and a half later and asking for the correct pieces. She doesn't have and sympathy for my delay coming from a serious medical issue. she actually snickered at me when I brought it up. Nor does she acknowledge all my referrals I have given them over the years. She has been non accommodating to my needs and has been giving the dog and pony show and causing delay by putting this on some supposed person up the chain of command. I've been waiting another week and she will not answer the phone or respond to email. I was told by her that the warehouse would be getting my list and getting things out on last Monday but here it is Friday and no response or status update. In the meantime, I NEED TO COMPLETE THIS KITCHEN and get back home to Seattle but cant until I get these parts I need. All of the issues are not my fault, they're factory defects, (many) and missing or wrong components. Alas, I discovered why they're were so many missing parts. On the day of payment and order pick up, the sales guy Ako printed the order pull sheet from the previous design on 6-11-16 not the final design which was 7-09-16. (a design can take a few trips) This sheet goes to the warehouse where the items were pulled to fill the order. Lobat tells me its my fault the order was pulled incorrectly because I didn't verify the items when it was pulled. I said I was there the whole time checking with non English speaking warehouse staff. ALSO with the incorrect company supplied list. I dont speak Chinese so all I could do was check off the sheet as things came out. Lobat asked for copies of the order and original pull sheet that I kept (thank goodness) and so I sent it to her. She burned up all weeks supposedly sending it to some director, blah blah for review 4 days ago. So nothings happening and there have been no calls, no additional follow up. Thats where I am on this unresolved situation. Here I am writing a poor review so future potential customers will know what to expect. I am a prisoner of this project, STILL WAITING, because of their lack of follow up and support. There is NO sympathy for my situation either. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!! 2-09-18

Terrible experience with them.Stay away from them. First order of cabinets we paid them in full and after few weeks were told to pay extra $900 because they forgot to charge something. Secondly, they sold our first order which was shaker style and told us that it won't be available for 2-4 months. We ended up getting a different style of cabinets.Third, we also order glass door for our cabinet which never arrived till now. When it was time to install, every single cabinets was damaged, marks on them, painted with touch up paint, scratched, magnet doesn't match on lazy susan, rubber stopper were not matching. Crack on plywood. Our microwave cabinet didn't fit . Caulking were missing, gaps in between doors. This was first experience buying from them and will never buy from them again.

I have had the worst time working with Pius! Their quality of cabinetry is awful! Their customer service is substandard and they don't stand up to their products! They won't stand by my customer's cabinets that were purchased from Pius. There are defects in the cabinets that they won't correct. When Pius is called, they take days to follow up.

Stay Away!! – Go to yelp and read the reviews of this place - not sure where all the positives on citysearch are coming from but you do not want to do business with this place. I mean, come on, what business has 5 out of 5 stars? Definitely the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a business. If I could give them negative stars, I would. The place is incredibly disorganized and the staff completely incompetent. It took them three months to fulfill our cabinet order when they said it would be ready in two weeks. Every week they told us the order would be fulfilled but then when we called, nothing was ready. At one point we even rented a U-haul to pick up the remaining cabinets after triple checking with the staff that they were ready. When we showed up, nothing was there! And, if the process wasn't bad enough, the product is of low quality. We ordered white cabinets and the surface paint is cracking after a few months of use! All the doors are hung at different levels which means at some point, we'll have to rehang them so they are level. Stay away!
