We recently had my kitchen countertop installed by Pius Kitchen and Bath, and we couldnt be happier with the results! The entire process was smooth and professional, from advising us on the perfect material to the final installation. The team was punctual, courteous, and demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship. The new countertops have transformed the look of our kitchen. Highly recommended!

Very unprofessional. Poor service. Not for a perfectionist!I ordered my kitchen cabinets from ****. Cabinet ordering, installation, counter & back splash installation was given to them for remodeling of the kitchen. Their designer ******* cannot perform her job well. She spoiled the designing, the installer installed the wrong size cabinet. We paid another 300 dollars to **** to get it fixed but the job is still not satisfactory. I have had a very bad experience with Pius. I paid in advance for my kitchen cabinets, cabinets install, countertops, countertops install, for backsplash and backsplash install. Everything with Pius even measurements done by Pius rep, sink and faucets from them and delivery of material, and even demo from Pius. I did all from them- to avoid issues. Horrible company, pitiful workmanship, deceptive sales tactics. Installation job the worst I've ever seen.
Hinges and have damaged parts. I have a couple warped drawers and other small issues. 2 weeks ago, I notified the company. It took 4 days to get a response after sending several emails and making calls. Usually no one will answer the phone. Good luck on that. So, I'm here in Phoenix AZ, and I need Pius' support to get this project finished. I called 2 weeks ago and have gone back and forth with Lobat (the name of their employee assigned to me by the receptionist) and she has an attitude because I'm calling a year and a half ... read more
Terrible experience with them.Stay away from them. First order of cabinets we paid them in full and after few weeks were told to pay extra $900 because they forgot to charge something. Secondly, they sold our first order which was shaker style and told us that it won't be available for 2-4 months. We ended up getting a different style of cabinets.Third, we also order glass door for our cabinet which never arrived till now. I have had the worst time working with Pius! Their quality of cabinetry is awful! Their customer service is substandard and they don't stand up to their products! They won't stand by my customer's cabinets that were purchased from Pius. There are defects in the cabinets that they won't correct. When Pius is called, they take days to follow up.
