Signed a contract of sale for a unit in stage 2. 2 years later still not built. Seller demanded an extra $80,000 on top of the contracted price, saying if we didn't agree, they would terminate the contract. Greedy, unorganised. Would not recommend. Invest elsewhere.

Recently purchased a brand new apartment here at Pittwin on the Park. The experience from start to finish has been excellent. Peter (Promote Property) helped me navigate the first home owner buying process and was transparent throughout the purchase- answering all questions I had about the development. The thing which I have come to realise about Peter from Promote Property is that he is not your usual real estate sleaze. In my dealing with Peter, he has been up-front about every concern and helpful in negotiations with the builder. I have him to thank for securing some extra tiling as part of the deal. Now I am assured of the property’s build-quality and, combined with its great location, I cannot wait to take possession. Thank you Peter for your continuing helpfulness.
