Staff member (Marie) made an error that required a return visit. Mistakes happen, that's not the complaint. What let this down was the response once it was pointed out: insistence she was right, no apology once proven wrong, then hostility for the rest of the interaction. I'd been nothing but patient throughout both visits. Owning the mistake would have cost her nothing. The attitude afterwards cost the store a customer.

What a horrible business from the owner down the line! Spare yourself time and wait whatever your needs are, look elsewhere! Bunch of lies served proudly telling you that you are the one making up and not them... I needed a service of my ride own lawnmower, given 6-7 weeks wait time, imagine time frame for a service in the first place... Followed up in a week 7, to be told next week Tuesday or Wednesday.
