We have been a client of Pittwater Animal Hospital for nearly 20 years now and I can't recommend them enough. The team are incredibly caring and always go the extra mile to make sure both our dogs and us are looked after and supported. In particular Dr Eamon and Dr Juliet are fantastic - so understanding of a highly strung dog who needs a muzzle with some vets but they have her eating out of their hands and happily standing when they examine her - they are extremely flexible with her and nothing is an issue. So very grateful of the care and expertise given throughout the care of my beloved dog. My boy is dog- reactive and so attending a small waiting room often full of dogs can be a an anxious time (for both myself and my boy). Dr Juliet was wonderful and so supportive with ensuring my boy didnt get too stressed, clearing the way so he could enter the exam room which I thought was just so thoughtful and supportive. Tara (at reception) and Dr Juliet Smithyman (vet) acted quickly and decisively in an emergency, (with no BS,) and saved our much loved family dog. And all done within 30 minutes of business closing!
